Autodesk University London 2019 Recap

I had the good fortune to attend Autodesk University London 2019 this past week. It was a nice event at a beautiful faculty in the heart of London, England. This post recaps the highlights of the conference, mostly in pictures.

Facilities

The conference was held at Tobacco Dock, which was a very interesting place to explore. AU London has been held here before but I never got an appreciation for the venue in previous tweets and videos. As you will see below, I took a number of photos to share here...

The facility was partially open air, which was actually pretty cool when it was raining out as you could still get around without getting wet.

The presentation spaces where separated from the hallways by large expanses of glass...

Enscape

Finally, I had the opportunity to hangout with the Enscape team and talk to AU attendees about Enscape. As you may know, I write a lot of blog posts for them; https://enscape3d.com/blog/. The team was Moritz Luck (co-founder), Jonathan Knöfel and Phil Read.

There is more to say, but this should give the essence of the conference. I highly recommend attendance at a future event here. It was a lot of fun and I learned some great new things!
