COTE Top Ten Awards, Defined
"The COTE® Top Ten Awards is the industry’s best-known award program for sustainable design excellence. Each year, ten innovative projects are recognized for their integration of design excellence with environmental performance." https://bit.ly/3aGXDft
Performance Over Intentions
This awards program aims to promote "performance over intentions." This means completed projects should have " performance and occupant satisfaction data available for a period of 12 months or more with at least 75% occupancy." Call for entry PDF https://bit.ly/3l5Dip4
Framework for Design Excellence
