Are you involved in lighting design and need to get up to speed on Autodesk Revit and/or ElumTools? We have two training sessions coming up to accommodate both topics!

The first is a beginners crash course in Revit that is optimized for the professional lighting designer, i.e. focused on tools and workflows required to navigate a Revit model and create a simple space.

The second is an intermediate look at using ElumTools, a Revit add-in, for interior and exterior lighting calculations.

These sessions are live via Zoom and will be repeated every few months to accommodate schedules.

Handouts and datasets:

Both sessions include a handout with valuable information you can use later. The second session also comes with a dataset that includes Revit models and resource files to continue practicing and learning after the live training.

Session one, Revit training and ElumTools into, comes with a nearly 100 page handout that includes relevant chapters from one of my Revit textbooks and an ElumTools handout I created for presentations I have given on ElumTools in North America and Europe.

The second session, ElumTools for Interior and Exterior lighting design, comes with a detailed ElumTools tutorial and supporting dataset.

Below, are a few sample images from the handouts.

Sign up soon, as space is limited. However, if you don't make it or have a conflict you might notice the second session is already posted for May!
