I created a video showing how to use an Enscape EXE file to do VR using a Meta Quest 2 (similar steps for a Quest 3).
This process uses the Meta Quest Link Cable (purchased separately), which is a USB-C to USB-C cable. One end plugs into the HMD, and the other plugs into your fastest USB-C post on your computer. Note that the quality of the VR experience is mostly relative to the GPU used... in this video I am using an NVIDIA RTX 5000 Ada in a Dell Precision desktop computer.
