When someone needs to view a native Revit file (RVT files), they can just use Autodesk Revit itself. When you install Revit is comes with a viewer option as shown in the Windows 10 Start menu below. I believe this will continue to work even after installing the trial version, and the trial period has lapsed.

just needs to review a model, as they will not pull a network license.
When you start Revit in Viewer mode, you get the following prompt:
As long as you don't make any changes you can even print.
It is also worth pointing out that the various add-ins still work - keep in mind you can never save while in Viewer mode. The two images below show how I was able to start Enscape and make changes.
Also, notice in the two previous images, the Revit titlebar includes "VIEWER MODE".
