Revit 2019 Installation Error - You cannot install this product on the current operating system

Pending Windows Updates often causes issues with installing new software. A lack of updates can be an issue as well. Yesterday we had an issue with a person trying to install Revit 2019 -   getting the error shown below.

Turns out there was an error in...
Windows Update and the OS version, of Windows 10, was super old... something like 15** rather than 18** (see image below). Once the error was resolved and Windows updates applied, Revit 2019 installed just fine!

Here is an AKN article on the topic:
Unsupported Operating System error with Revit 2019 installation

The main issue: "Autodesk 2019 products require .NET 4.7, which is only supported on the newer versions of Windows 10."

It would be nice if the error message was a more helpful. It must know what the OS is, and just needs to be updated, versus the implication that Windows 10 is unsupported.
